Performance Review

In addition to steadily advancing our Group’s core business of real estate sale with condominium brands such as Le JADE and Grand Le JADE across the Kansai and Kanto regions, we are gradually diversifying with the acquisition of multiple commercial facility sites for development and, as new sectors, the acquisition of logistics facility sites and participation in land readjustment projects. Also focusing on developing hotels to meet recent inbound tourism demand, we have 17 projects totaling 2,118 guestrooms in Sapporo, Kanazawa, Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka, and began eight new ones this period. The result of this steady, assertive business expansion, our performance in FY2018 (ended December 2018), is shown below.

Real Estate Sale

In FY2018, as a result of selling condominiums as well as real estate for sale and in progress, net sales were 50,519 billion yen and segment income was 12,341 billion yen.

Real Estate Planning, Brokerage, and Consultation

Capitalizing upon our planning and multifaceted business development capabilities to proactively take on planning and consulting work resulted in net sales of 405 million yen and segment income of 369 million yen. Going forward, we will focus on maximizing inter-business synergy by leveraging our strengths in planning and information-gathering to step up fee-based business like real estate planning, brokerage, and consultation.
