Performance Review

ES-CON JAPAN Group is proceeding with sales of for-sale condominiums mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area and Kansai region under the brand names of “Le JADE” and “Grand Le JADE” in the real estate sales business, its core business, as well as steadily promoting its businesses including the development and sales of multiple commercial facilities and leasehold land of commercial facilities as well as logistics facilities despite being impacted by the spread of COVID-19.

Furthermore, by positioning the Chubu region as a core business area comparable to the Tokyo metropolitan area and the Kansai region, ES-CON JAPAN established a Nagoya branch in March 2019. Since then, it has acquired land for multiple new projects and launched a joint project with Chuden Real Estate Co., Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. In addition, with an aim to develop multifaceted businesses not only in Fukuoka Prefecture but also across the entire Kyushu region in the future, ES-CON JAPAN changed the name of its Fukuoka Branch Office to “Kyushu Branch Office” and is promoting diversification of businesses including the acquisition of land for the condominium sales business for the first time in the Kyushu area and a commercial facility “Suroy Mall Nagamine.”

As a result, the following business performance for the fiscal year ended December 2020 has been achieved.

Real Estate Sale

In the fiscal year ended December 2020, the promotion of sales of for-sale condominiums and sales of real estate for sale and real estate for sale in process resulted in net sales of 71,485 million yen and segment income of 14,257 million yen.

Capitalizing upon our planning and multifaceted business development capabilities to proactively take on planning and consulting work resulted in net sales of 295 million yen and segment income of 152 million yen. Going forward, we will focus on maximizing inter-business synergy by leveraging our strengths in planning and information-gathering to step up fee-based business like real estate planning, brokerage, and consultation.
