Le JADE Setagaya Kinuta developed by us houses on the first floor “Cafe Apartment 183,” a dining café operated by our group company. With the café staff serving also as a concierge, various services, including room service to the residential units and terrace café lounge exclusively for residents as well as cashless payment using a house key, are offered.
In addition, “Cafe Apartment TSUKUBA” opened on December 16, 2022. The café is located within the site of “Le JADE Tsukuba Station Front” where it is directly connected to Tsukuba Station via a pedestrian deck, allowing not only apartment tenants but also people from the surrounding area who utilize “tonarie Tsukuba Square” to freely drop in and enjoy a meal and relax.
