We develop tonarie brand neighborhood shopping centers (NSC) as well as redevelop and revitalize commercial facilities in operation in order to contribute to the revitalization of local communities that are loved by local people and are the pride of the community through the development of community-based commercial facilities.

Logistics Facility Development
We are working on development of logistics facilities in response to increasing logistics needs resulting from the expansion of the e-commerce market. We launched our original LOGITRES brand and developed LOGITRES Tojo in 2019 as the first project. We are also engaged in the development of logistics sites through our land readjustment project in Koga City, Fukuoka Prefecture. For details, please refer to Mixed-Use Development below. We promote proactive development to play a part in regional revitalization, promotion of local employment, and other areas.
Residential facilities providing lives, commercial facilities supporting lives, and logistics facilities watching lives. We believe that logistics facilities function both as bases for delivering necessary goods as well as invariable facilities that support people’s lives. “TREE” refers to the trees whose roots grow deep and branches stretch wide as time passes, delivering various products to support people’s lives. LOGITRES was born from the expression LOGISTICS×TREE×ESCON JAPAN with a desire to be such facilities.
In the Fukuoka Kasuga Project, we created a large-scale (49-hectare) mixed-use development made up of a residential area with a park and vegetation and a commercial area including a food-oriented shopping mall, large volume retailer, and diverse restaurants. Concentrating everything people need for life in one area has produced a bustling neighborhood.
In Koga City, Fukuoka Prefecture, we are currently proceeding with a land readjustment project of seven blocks at a vast site surrounded by greenery with a total development area of 282,131 m2, and an efficient position capable of expanding productivity and employment in the transport industry connecting Fukuoka and Kita-Kyushu and the manufacturing industry was established in December 2019.
We are working on long-term projects for land readjustment and redevelopment as well as proceeding with urban development that is attractive to and loved by local communities in various regions by fully utilizing our know-how and multidimensional business development capabilities as a comprehensive developer.
