Performance Review

ES-CON JAPAN Group promotes planning, development and sale of condominiums mainly in Tokyo, Kansai, Chubu, Kyushu and Hokkaido under the brand names “Le JADE,” “Grand Le JADE” and others in its core business of real estate sales. Its other businesses include development of commercial facilities rooted in the daily lives of local communities, logistics facilities, rental apartment buildings, office development and overseas business.

Furthermore, it engages in mixed-use development combining its condominium sales business and development business for commercial facilities, etc. as well as urban development.

As a result, mainly due to condominium sales being stable in the final year of the fourth medium-term management plan “IDEAL to REAL 2023,” the following business performance for the fiscal year ended March 2024 has been achieved.

In the real estate sales business, activities including selling condominiums and revenue-generating real estate resulted in net sales of 99,606 million yen and segment income of 20,660 million yen, all compared with the previous fiscal year.

In the real estate leasing business, focus was placed on leasing activities and the property management business in view of enhancement of asset value, including increase in rental income of owned revenue-generating real estate, resulting in net sales of 18,325 million yen and segment income of 7,841 million yen, all compared with the previous fiscal year.
